Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote areas). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • All returns must include the original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimate apparel
  • Select items from our Cover-Ups and One Piece collections

Exceptions are made only for faulty items.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email Us: Contact our team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship Your Return: Package items securely and ship to our Texas headquarters using a trackable method.
  4. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process your return
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.
