Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- All returns must include the original packaging
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, bodysuits, or intimate apparel unless faulty. This includes select items from our Cover-Ups and One Piece collections.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return your items:
- Email Us: Contact our sunny San Antonio team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Package your items securely and ship to our Texas headquarters using a trackable method.
- Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your request within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process your return
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return.

For our global clientele (excluding some Asian and remote areas), please note:
- You’re responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
